ALUMINUM and CASTING
Ajax's expertise is not limited to the fabrication and /or machining of plastic products, but also includes machining aluminum parts and castings. Ajax's capabilities include machining varying sizes of aluminum parts to the exacting tolerances required by our customers. Ajax's Special Projects department excels in fabricating casting materials into the mold making process. These molds are used in many different thermoforming applications.
 

METALS Ajax Custom Manufacturing is capable of machining different grades of stainless steel as well as bronze and copper. Parts can be machined on either milling or turning centers. Ajax's experience in machining metals plays a large factor in maintaining close tolerances.
